Zhongtu Instrument SJ5100 Precision Measuring Length Measuring Machine is commonly used in the industrial manufacturing sector for accurately measuring parameters such as object length, angle, and position. It employs imported high-precision grating measurement systems, high-precision ground linear guides, high-accuracy temperature compensation systems, bidirectional constant measuring force systems, and high-performance computer control system technology. Operation Process
The operator installs the test piece, selects the standard of the test piece and inputs its specifications in the detection software, then moves the headstock to contact the test piece, adjusts the five-axis worktable to find the inflection point, completes sampling to obtain measurement data. The system can display measurement results in real-time, automatically calculate various parameters of the test piece (e.g., automatically calculate the pitch diameter when inspecting thread gauges), and perform pass/fail judgment based on the system's built-in standard database. Results and record reports are automatically generated upon completion.
